On Friday I re-buzzed my head, and today, after 2 years with, I am now without a goatee. I look ~ 4 years younger, I have a double-chin that I never noticed before, and being so hairless feels really weird. I think I might grow it back at Christmas, but it has only been about 3 minutes since the razor hit my chin. I’m really quite deprived of hair.
After 11 years of wanting to shave my head, I finally did it. I’ve been going shorter and shorter with the razor over the past 3 months, and now my journey is over. It feels good, but man, it’s a lot of work to shave it. I find that it’s always rough hacking it the first time, but once the little hairs start to come through they’re easier to cut. Hopefully it’s the same with shaving.
I don’t spend very much time or money on my hair so was shocked to hear how much money people at work spend on their hair. They were comparing prices and I heard “$110, that’s not bad”. Hello??? That is a shopping spree… three dinners out… all for something that is going to grow out. People tell me I should add highlights to my hair… not for $100!!
