All week it seems I have been bombarded at check-outs to donate money! Ugh! And the worst was on our spree of visiting Staples on Teacher day, they had a booth outside the store of someone harassing you. When you don’t donate they always give you a surprised look and make you think you are a horrible person! Grrrr! Besides, most of the things right now are to donate books or school supplies to kids… which I do way too much of already!

They hired another Jennifer Mitchell at work… that sucks! I was happy being the only Jennifer for 2 years… and now I have to share my WHOLE name… boo!

Why is it that when you get married you celebrate it with lots of people but on an anniversary, you celebrate alone? Just a thought. Happy Anniversary to Bryan and Amanda!!

We just got back from two weeks in Florida. We spent a week in Daytona and about 5 days at Disney. Some highlights include:
seeing space shuttle Endeavor take off
swimming in the ocean every day for a week
finding out what summer temperatures really feel like
being the first to hug Eeyore one morning
stepping on a jellyfish I thought was an ice cube (no sting luckily!)
meeting more of Doug’s family
Cold Stone Creamery
surviving numerous rides - my nerves aren’t as good as they were nine years ago
seeing a few dolphins in the ocean
